There have been promotions - everybody has been double promoted and the ranks have been slightly touched up.

Grey Libary, our phone mast needs a generator and fuel, presently however, if you need to use the phone badly, you can walk a few blocks west and get the reception from Mockeridge Heights.

Our base needs a radio transmitter! It is my hope that our ally groups that have disbanded will still have active members that have radios tuned to our frequencey. We may gain a few members there.

What is our new motto? Recruit, recruit, recruit! We need more people, particularily now that everybody has been promoted. It is my intent that lieutenant ranks should become squad leaders, particularily now that we have several of them. We should all try to recruit one person each. I don't care where you get them from, just as long as you do. I'm setting us a deadline of Friday 28th. By then, if all goes to plan, we should have doubled our size! And more of you should be squad leaders too.
